So here were my research results for this! I have already chosen my outfit which I will also wear to my friend's 18th Glow Party but in a form of a dress for this Snow Candy Event, instead of as a top and then shorts for the 18th. Katy Perry is always so colourful so when I heard about this event, she came into mind, but in particular, her outfits in "California Gurls" came into mind. But here are just some really awesome outfits that would be perfect for the bright and sweet theme:
