I've previously had a super girl crush on Sunhwa (also from Secret) and I've aways had them two mixed up, they look like twins to me. She looks different though, face is less square if you compare her face to the past.

FASHIONSPIRATION: TVB Hong Kong Actresses Awards Dresses

I've always been obsessed with Hong Kong Dramas, ever since I was young.
That's why I've always wanted to move to Hong Kong...
Though I don't plan on moving there anymore, what hasn't changed
 is my love for the city, for the dramas, and
 for the beautiful actors and actresses.

I have missed out on the 2013 TVB Anniversary Awards as I was overseas during the time it was broadcasted, but I'm still highly curious as to what they wore last year.

So I did some searching to satisfy my re-born obsession with Hong Kong dramas and actresses. My favourites are Myolie Wu, Nancy Wu and Kate Tsui, but also Linda Chung.

New Obsession: Style Nanda

Little did I know I had found the paradise of perfection.

Hair, clothes, makeup... goddesses or angels. I have no idea.

But their style is the epitome of bloggers.

Mother, forgive me but I have found my new lover(s).

About 2 years ago I went to Korea and was looking for a bright coloured lipstick that would actually stay on. After much searching I came across 3 Eyes Concept's department in a shopping mall. Their lip paint was perfect for what I was looking for. A beautiful dark orange, almost red.

Everything else about them is just as amazing and now I'm completely in love!! The 3 Eyes Concept is a beauty brand branched out from their clothing brand Style Nanda. And the models for these two co-brands are so beautiful: Sora Park, Minhee Jung, Jiwon Kang!!! Absolute perfection!

Have Faith & Wait

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! I haven't been this excited and happy since that night I found out I was no longer single!!

And no, this isn't because I'm no longer single for the second time. I'm still single but extremely happy!

Besides the point!

The point is, my older brother is gonna get a girlfriend soon!!! OMG OMG OMG!!! Thank GOD! About damn time! This boy has never been in a relationship, never brought a girl home but he's finally found the one! The one with personality and looks! She's perfect!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! I'm so excited for him!! Can't wait to meet her!! I can finally feel I have a sister! And I thought this day would never come!! Faith in love. Thanks bro for giving me faith, that the wait is worth it!

Thus I Shall Wait

On a different topic, the dark spot on my left arm is actually a burn mark from the IPL I recently underwent. Only first session done and it burned like hell! Still 3-5 more sessions to go, apparently the pain decreases in time.

I've always been really insecure about the hair on my arm, ever since primary school. Some haven't noticed it, some have. But it is pretty bad, plus I have black hair so it's even more noticeable. Here's some proof:

I think of three people when I think about middle parting: Kendall Jenner, Miranda Kerr and Selena Gomez.
These three girls are the ones who are usually rocking the middle parting.
I've also included Candice Swanepoel and Rosie Huntington.

I still prefer a side parting but it's sometimes nice to change things up.

HAIRINSPIRATION

I'm going to be away for 2 months and away in cities with languages I am not fluent in so I won't be brave enough to get my hair done whilst I'm overseas. This is why I'm going to get the chop before I leave. And it'll also be easier to manage in the cold weathers I'm heading into. I want short, but not too sure, so here's the inspiration:

 

Airhead Issue

Okay, so this month's issue wasn't the best. Actually I really hate it, it was really really rushed. But it allowed me to push the boundaries with photoshop. Probably not the best kind of 'out of boundaries' work. But since November is my birthday, it's very special to me. I think this may be one of the top best issues I've done so far, along with May's Fall in Love issue. See for yourself on the 1st of November!!

Ok, so this is more 'beauty' than it is 'fashion' related but I think the lips here are a fashion accessory. So in the 'fashinspiration' category it shall go into.

Angelababy & Lily Collins

I recently watched the Snow White movie 'Mirror Mirror' with main lead Lily Collins. And just then I was reading some online news and Angelababy showed up and I had a strange feeling. I finally realised what it was, I really think they have some similarity. They're like the Caucasian/Asian versions of each other. I have found similarities between Caucasian and Asian celebrities before as well like Ian Somerhalder and Kevin Cheng. Disagree? I understand if heaps of people disagree as they don't look too similar, it's just certain aspects that make me think of the other actor/actress when I see them, maybe a personal thing that no one else sees. But I googled it and there are some out there who think Angelababy and Lily Collins look similar.

I don't know. I don't really see the similarities when I put them together but I can feel it when I look at them individually. I think it's something to do with their smile.

But anyway, I love both of them. I have a new girl crush on Lily Collins. Her eyebrows, hahaha, are amazing! She is so pretty! I love her dark hair.

Infatuations: March Issue

March soon.
Uni days are back, so time is tighter.

But March also means the new issue for my Infatuations Blog Magazine is out! This time it's not elegant (like January's, or casual edgy like February's) it's going to be inspired by ballerinas but with a lot of attitude. This issue will take you back in time to reveal the history of the 'red lip'. But in addition to that, I'll also be sharing some tips on achieving transfer/smudge-proof lips.
